"Joyce was phenomenal. She was always ready and willing to provide any background knowledge for the weird questions that we had. For example my fiance wanted to know how a specific home we looked at went under foreclosure, or why it did. She jumped up to research anything she didn't know. We felt confident that she had our best interest in mind at all times, especially when an unexpected expense appeared in the closing costs on the day of closing. She was patient and flexible with us at all times. She was just great."

Our communication was effortless, she was easy to get a hold of and was always quick to respond to a text or email. We were not from the area and had a difficult schedule that she always made work! "She was great while showing houses, she was even willing to work weekends if necessary. The whole process between making an offer and closing was terrible. Her communication skills were poor, she had very little advice to give, and she moved our closing date up without telling us until the night before. First time home buyers, beware!"
